Motivational Monday’s: 2 choices

If you are not happy about something in your life, you have 2 choices: Accept it or Change it.

It seems hard but it’s the truth and the reality.

I can admit that lately I’ve been going up and down with my weight and it’s made me feel down about myself. However, the reality is this: I have a choice to accept the way I look and feel sad or change it by doing what I need to do so that I can be happy.

What goals are you trying to make but it just seems like it’s impossible? A career move, your dream home or fitness goal? Trust, if it was meant to be easy, it would be done by all. Making the choice to change also means that you need positive energy surrounding you. Do not be around Debbie downers or doubters. No worries you Can do this! I believe in you but you Need to believe in You.

Let’s encourage each other daily, we will make the best choice.

Motivational Monday’s: you have to encourage yourself!

Encourage yourself my dear friends.

People will try their hardest to belittle you and make you feel worthless but you have to repeat to yourself : I Am Better and I will be Great.

Self affirmations truly go a long way. If you repeat encouraging words to yourself multiple times a day, eventually great things will come your way.

So take back yourself and don’t let others tell you any different. Be Victorious friends, failure isn’t an option.

Self love is the best love

Motivational Mondays: Stop hating what you aren’t

  Hey all!

I hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was pleasant.

Now we are off to a new week and as you know today is Motivational Monday’s here on my blog.

I saw this quote on Pinterest and I had to share it! This is so true, we are constantly  beating ourselves up because we aren’t who or where we will believe we should be in life. However, do we ever take the moment to say: I’m thankful for what I do have and where I have the potential to go. I do believe that we should not settle or become stagnant in our lives, we should always show growth and work towards improvements.

Always strive for more, push yourself to take risks. You really don’t know how successful you can become without trying. I’m here for you and if you want to reach out feel free to email me at: nicolecherise723@gmail.com

Motivation Monday’s: using your gifts

Hey all!

Happy Monday to you! You know it’s Motivational Monday’s and today’s message is using your gifts.

This is a lesson that I too, am working towards doing. I believe we all have skills that make us stand out from others and it would be good if expand on it. It could be the start of your own business, a hobby or volunteering your gifts to give back to the community.

I also believe that if even if you want to volunteer your services, it could make you happier. By giving back to others and helping them in need, that could raise your self esteem and you will feel good about yourself.

Think about it, you never know friends.

Motivational Monday’s

Hi all!

Thanks for visiting and sharing my blog.

Today is what I like to call in my blog “motivational Monday’s”. This is also apart of the scheduled blog entries that I discussed in a previous post. Today, I want to discuss “Hope”.

What is Hope? I feel hope is the anticipation of a positive outcome for the future.

This hits close to home for me especially on today. If you have been following my blog, you may know that I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) 5 years ago. With this debilitating disease, I find myself in a battle of emotions constantly. On one hand, I remain strong and keep in mind that things could be worse. On the other hand, I’m frustrated with the symptoms and the potential ending result of the disease. Hope is what keeps me grounded.

I have Hope that scientists will find a cure, I have hope that no more damage will happen to my central nervous system,  I have hope that I may feel normal again. Besides my wonderful support system, having hope, makes me not want to give up even when at times I want to.

What is hope for you? It may be career, relationship goals, self help. Whatever it may be, try to think positive and not give up. It’s ok to prepare yourself for the not so great events but it’s good to always have hope for a better outcome.

Take care all!
