Slow like the turtle

Sometimes we have our heart set on Tasks that we want to happen quickly… so what usually is the end result? Disappointment, Frustration, and Doubt just to name a few.

The saying also goes: “anything worth having is worth fighting for”. Friends we have to continue to fight. No giving up, no giving in! Stay on track, you will cross that finish line! Have Faith, you can do it!

Successful Gossip can motivate you

Good morning, happy motivational Monday!

We all know that Gossip isn’t necessary. We have our own lives to live and who has the time to care about other’s drama. What about successful gossip?

We went to school with a range of individuals and after 10+ years we say “where are they now?”. When I hear through the “grapevine“, that one of my former classmates are traveling the world, taking on big business adventures, own beautiful homes, I can’t help but to get excited. I get excited knowing that if they can be blessed with those accomplishments, that my blessings will come as well. 

Friends, there is no need to get jealous or envious when you hear “successful gossip”, let it be your motivation. Be at peace knowing that your time is coming.

Motivational Monday’s 

  
Hi friends, 

If it’s one thing I know from experience is that “Can’t” brings excuses and fear. I would create a tape in my head and it would replay why I would fail at certain tasks. However, there became a point where I had to take the dive and just do it.  

I like this quote from Pinterest because it IS a good daily affirmation. As a Psychology major, I’ve learned the importance of how your thoughts are crucial to your well being. So with doing daily affirmations, you are motivating yourself and setting the tone to your week ahead. 

I know life is tough, but you are tougher. I hope this helps someone today.

Motivational Monday’s: 2 choices

If you are not happy about something in your life, you have 2 choices: Accept it or Change it.

It seems hard but it’s the truth and the reality.

I can admit that lately I’ve been going up and down with my weight and it’s made me feel down about myself. However, the reality is this: I have a choice to accept the way I look and feel sad or change it by doing what I need to do so that I can be happy. 

What goals are you trying to make but it just seems like it’s impossible? A career move, your dream home or fitness goal? Trust, if it was meant to be easy, it would be done by all. Making the choice to change also means that you need positive energy surrounding you. Do not be around Debbie downers or doubters. No worries you Can do this! I believe in you but you Need to believe in You. 

Let’s encourage each other daily, we will make the best choice.
