I know, I know, I’ve been gone for way tooo long. It’s been a lot going on and blogging unfortunately fell at the waist line. After the holidays/new year I plan to begin blogging regularly and in a different direction.
While, I’ve been M.I.A, I have expanded myself with creating candles, and creating content on fragrances. Of course family and work life has me occupied as well. However, I have needed more of an outlet, so here I am 😊.
Many of us have battles that runs deeper than the 👁 can see. The trauma of Life has given us scars. Sometimes we even Battle against ourselves. I urge, that even in the dark, please let Your Light Shine through. You Are Amazing, You are More than Enough. ☀️✨✨✨
I know I haven’t been doing a lot of blog posts and there IS a reason for that! I am currently doing a lot of Self healing and reflecting. I realize that I can’t work from an empty cup and could burn out. I don’t want to fail, fall into a depression, I want to HEAL.
The beginning of this process is truly a challenge. I have to dig deep into the core of Myself. I’ve cried a lot, I’m angry, I’m sad… so full of emotions. But it IS for the good that this happens. With the baby steps that I’ve taken, I feel lighter and some stress levels has decreased.
So please be patient with me. I am ok, but will be even better soon. I have some plans up my sleeve and I look forward to executing them! I pray that you all are well and I thank you for your continued support! Cheers to SELF GROWTH!!!
This is not an easy task. The truth is, we rely so much on people and outside factors to give us happiness. You’re significant other, family, nor your friends are responsible for your happiness. You ARE.
We have to dig deep. Release those layers of hurt, dysfunction, self doubt, and fear. Things will get tough, you may have days and months of the ugly crying but it’s ok. Never think crying is a weakness, it’s a reminder that you are Human.
I too, am doing the same. Therefore, you are Not Alone.
Where is the Love for the MS Warriors? Right here!!!
As I’ve written before, March is MS Awareness Month and this week is MS Awareness week. Even with my wobbly legs, I am continuing to Push Through!
I made a choice to show up strong for my loved ones, go to work even when it hurts, and I’ve modified outfits so that I’m comfortable as an effort to beat the challenges of MS. There are some days that I’m not able to give 100% but trust and believe giving 0% is NOT an option .
To my fellow Warriors and Caregivers, I’m proud of you for Not giving up. The Pain and Depression is real and can effect us but I believe in You! I also believe that we will be Victorious against this horrible disease. Therefore, I will continue to send spiritual and positive energy your way! Thank you all for being supportive to me as well!
March is MS Awareness Month! Here is some info on Multiple Sclerosis. The collage include the definition and the different stages that many of US MSWarriors are diagnosed with. Please feel free to ask any questions! Thanks for reading!
